Steps Involved
Step One : Store URL from Woocommerce
You will need a Store URL from the Woocommerce (WordPress) to establish a connection.
Steps to get URL:
1 Open Woocommerce (WordPress).
2 Select Settings on the left hand side
3 Copy the Site Address (URL) link
Step Two: Integration and Mapping

Select the Orders Board

Select Integrate (top right-hand side of your board)
- Select WB Woocommerce by Luxie Tech
There are two custom recipe options to select from:
The first custom integration recipe is used for the integration in the board where an order with line items has been created (for example an Order Line Items Board).
The second custom integration recipe is used for the integration in the board where orders are created (for example an Orders Board).
Both of the recipes can be used independently or in conjunction with the "match" automation in order to link the line items to the order items in the connected boards column.

Select the first custom integration recipe:
"When an order is created on Store create an Item for each Order Line Item and sync changes from Woocommerce"

Select "Authorize"

Select "Connect store"

Copy paste the required Store URL (updated from step one) to establish a connection

Copy theSite Address link and paste it in the Store URL

Select "Authorise"

This Process will create the connection for each URL link for each store connection created

Select "Approve"
-
Select "Return to monday.com" once you have completed adding all your stores

You can add more stores later by simply following the beginning of these instructions

Configure the recipe accordingly:

Store- Select the store

Item- Map the columns accordingly:
You have successfully created the integration of Woocommerce and monday.com for Order (Online Store) board to work!
