Recipe:

When an item is created splice text from start to end and push to column

When an item has been created and has text in a column, for example 123-monday.com, you then wish to have the characters of the word removed from either end (if no characters are to be removed from the text, simply enter "0") and pushed into another column of your choice.

This automation will remove any part of the characters from the word of your selection in the recipe to remove characters at the start or end of the text.

It will then push that text to another text column.

Please ensure the end number in the recipe has a negative figure in there, for example "-3".

When building the recipe, the "column" selection is supported only by a text column.
