When Invoice is created Create an item if reference contains filter and sync changes from Xero
This recipe creates an item if the reference contains the filters when an invoice has been created, and to sync the changes from Xero to monday.com
Enter the Integrations Centre by clicking "Integrate" at the top right hand side of the screen.
- Select "+ Add new integration"
- Select the app called "Xero Invoicing" from the app selections list
Select the recipe: 'When Invoice is created Create an item if reference contains filter and sync changes from Xero'
Configure the recipe:
"Item"pop up to be configured in the recipe:
"Filter"pop up to be configured in the recipe:
This is the reference field on the invoice that contains the filter (configured above) and only pulls the filtered information into the board.
Select 'Add To Board' once configured.
You will see a green toggle button with the label 'On' to confirm that the integration is active.
