Recipe - Create Item from Xero Bill

When bill is created, create an item and sync future changes.

This recipe creates a new item in your monday.com board when a new invoice is created in your connected Xero account and sync any future changes made from Xero into monday.com.

1. Enter the Integrations Centre by clicking "Integrate" at the top of the screen or enter through the 3 dots overflow menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Find and select the Billing feature.
   
   
3. Select the recipe: 'When bill is created, create an item'.
   
   
4. Authorise Xero and monday.com.
   
   
5. Configure the recipe.
   
6. Map the fields that will be pulled from monday.com into your Xero account upon status change
   
   The following fields are required:
   • Invoice Number - The Xero invoice number .
     
     
7. Select 'Add To Board' to complete.
   
   
8. You will see a green toggle button with the label 'On' to confirm that the integration is active.
