When invoice is created, create an item and sync future changes
This recipe creates a new item in your monday.com board when a new invoice is created in your connected Xero account and sync any future changes made from Xero into monday.com.
Enter the Integrations Centre by clicking "Integrate" at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select "Templates"
- Select the app called "Xero Invoicing" from the app selections list
- Select the recipe:
Configure the recipe:
"Item" pop up, configure accordingly:
Map the fields that will be pulled from the xero account to Monday.com upon invoice creation or update.
The following fields are required:
- Invoice Number - The Xero invoice number
Select 'Add To Board' once configured.
You will see a green toggle button with the label 'On' to confirm that the integration is active.
