How to add Item View

Click on any line item on your board.

A new window should populate on the right part of your screen same as shown on the image below.

While an item one your board is chosen and another window has populated, click on the Plus “+” icon on the upper right part of the screen.

Select and click "Explore more views".

A new window will show called "Item Views Center".

Click on "Installed Apps".

Search for “conversations”.

Click on "Add to item".

Anew tab will appear as "Conversations" tab besides Info Boxes Tab.

Every time you click on an item on the board. As shown on the image below, you will see "Chat App" window to send a messages or reply and even read your messages on Item view.

Note: You only need to add the Item view once per board.
